There is a one time setup fee of $250 for new brokers. The monthly fee for any licensee who wants to participate is $25/month (billed and prorated Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec.)
Simply click the About menu, and choose Join NCCMLS. Once you submit your application from this website, your license will be verified and you will be added to the MLS. You will receive your login credentials by email, and you can pay when you login to the MLS.
The primary benefit of having your listings on the Nye County Commercial MLS -- is to tap into the network of commercial brokers and agents who are MLS participants. However, the benefits don't end there. Your listing will appear on this website (nyecountycommercial.com) and other IDX websites of MLS Participants. Eventually we will syndicate to several larger commercial publication websites as well.
